Alexander Technique for Brass Players
With over 15 years of experience in teaching the Alexander Technique, I guide students in achieving a better coordination and self-confidence. My journey has taken me across Italy and Europe, sharing my expertise at music conservatories in masterclasses and yearly course and I proudly co-directed the Italian Accordion Academy from 2009 to 2019, supporting accordion players on their path to success.
Recently, I have focused on Brass Instruments, with a particular emphasis on the Trumpet, which I actively play. Under the guidance of my esteemed mentor, Marco Pierobon, I have embarked on a journey that fully investigates the connection between breathing, coordination and music making for brass players.
I'm excited to share my research at the upcoming Monteverdi Brass Days and to teach specialised techniques that enhance the learning experience for brass players.
