The Alexander Technique is the most helpful when it comes to stress, it helps reconnecting the parts of a Self often disrupted by fatigue and overwork.

Assertiveness, self respect, direction - all of these play a major role in keeping us safe from burn out and exhaustion at work.

 

Private lessons help to restore a better use of the Self, and empower you with those practical means whereby you can achieve resiliency and stamina.

These sessions are both for people working and for people struggling to go back to work, e.g. women wanting to pursue a career after a longer break that need support.

Reinventing ourselves is the key, and posture and attitude are the means.
