The Alexander Technique is the most helpful when it comes to stress, it helps reconnecting the parts of a Self often disrupted by fatigue and overwork.

Assertiveness, self respect, direction - all of these play a major role in keeping us safe from burn out and exhaustion at work.


Private lessons help to restore a better use of the Self, and empower you with those practical means whereby you can achieve resiliency and stamina.
